I work for a trucking company so we're limited on our selection for hotels. This was the last resort for us but it's better than sleeping in my truck. As soon as I mentioned I had a Corporate Lodging Card, the man was suddenly disrespectful from there on giving me rude gestures. My co worker had asked for a room on the 1st level but the man working said there were none left and gave him an upper floor. There was clearly nobody in the parking lot.. -_-
Once I arrived into my hotel room, I was skeptic about the towels or sheets being dirty and sure enough as soon as I hung up one of the towels high above my head near the light, I noticed that it had dark spots in multiple areas. This place is disgusting! The people working here are inconsiderate and rude!
But over all it was a nice room for the price. nice bed also.
In this room the bathroom floor had a couple loose tile's
So I have nothing but praise for the room and staff at your hotel. I left my very expensive wedding present watch in my room when I checked out and called three hours when I realized I didn't have it. Katie and India helped get the watch into the mail and kept a 100% confidant that my stupid move was rescued by the team. Thank you so much.
Room and building where nice. I have stayed at Motel 6 many times since the 1990s.
I only asked for 1 thing since I was driving for 5 hours and was getting in late... Please have the A/C on in the room so it would not take a long time to cool off being I would arrive after 11:30PM. DID NOT HAPPEN. Paid $74 plus for less than 7 hours in the room and the only thing I asked for did not happen.☹️
I was evicted before I even got into my room. I parked my van after 12 hours of driving. I had just fed my dogs and was walking my service dog. A man was roaming the parking lot and talking in his phone. He approached my van and my other dogs still eating started barking. The owner and the manager who checked me in came out and walked over to my van as I observed them. My dogs still in the van and inside their crates started barking more. I cleaned up after my service dog and the manager said they had complaints about my dogs from other guests. I was flabbergasted. How was that possible since I had only just arrived??? He told me I would have to leave and that he would give me a refund. I was furious with this treatment. I went back to the office and I explained to him why the dogs started barking and that his manner of approach was part of the problem. He said the policy of the hotel limited me to 2 dogs and I said I was only going to have two dogs in the room. I also had said I was traveling with a service dog on my reservation but apparently he did not mind violating the ADA in evicting me. I pressed him who was making the complaint about my dogs and he said it was his boss. Then he would not identify if his boss was the man on the phone in the parking lot or the man that approached my van together with him. I was treated horribly at this Motel 6 and I will not return to any other Motel 6. This was the last chance I will give any of your locations.
