Where do I begin... The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room, there were multiple stains on the comforter, the bathroom light did not work, the toilet did not look like it has been cleaned in awhile with mold stains on it, and stains on the floor. Mind you this was late at the night as we were stopping for the night so out toddler could get a good rest. That did not happen. We requested a new room and that one smelled even worse than the first room and there was even an air freshener on the bathroom door handle to try and cover up the smell. We are very active travelers and this was not a pleasant experience at all. The woman at the front desk was apologetic and seemed concerned so we appreciated that, however we quickly checked out about an hour after checking in so we're not sure if those issues were taken care of.
Beautiful, clean and friendly! So grateful we got to stay. Breakfast was decent.
Rooms are spacious. Great pillows comfortable beds, cable is lacking a little but there is a cool view. Continental breakfast was lacking not enough variety.
The management is obviously focused on economy just like the name would indicate, the air conditioner had been turned all the way off and the room was so hot it took at least an hour to cool it down enough to be able to sleep comfortably. Other than that the room was clean and the bed comfortable.
Great quiet place off of I-10. Friendly staff. Pet friendly. New owners. Very comfy beds.
