I am very disappointed in the service this place performed for my dad. It was very unorganized, the personal was rude and lacked compassion for the families.
Sadly, My grandfather recently passed. I haven't been to many funerals but I was thankful to be guided by this sweet, small town funeral home. Larissa was more than professional in helping our big family organize the information needed for the service. They put together a LOVELY slide show in honor of my grandfather! I know they are limited on the amount of photos for the slideshow, but knowing we have a huge family, they tried everything in their power to add in as many as we liked! I watched the staff answer very hard questions, and do their very best to make everything as perfect as it could be. I know it can't be very easy to please everyone... But the Kimble Funeral Home did an amazing job for such a hard time in our lives.

We were very impressed with the patience they had for our request and the changes we made as a family along the way. They put together a beautiful service in a limited amount of time.

Even in the face of constant changes and requests, Larissa was attentive and caring throughout. Also all costs incurred were individually itemized, nothing hidden and very good value for money, a five star service!

Larissa was very accommodating in meeting with the family after hours as many of us were from out of town when this took place. Larissa was very patient and knowledgeable in answering our questions throughout. The entire team at the funeral home showed care, compassion and professionalism throughout the service at the funeral home along with the graveside service. Even after the services were over, they continued to provide assistance in handling flowers, cards etc. We really appreciated their services during our families time of grief.
