Amazing service! We broke down getting off I-10 on our way from Jacksonville to San Diego. AAA was going to tow us to the shop a mile down the road, then we called Elite directly and they drove to the gas to pick us up. Turned out to be a minor issue and we were back on the road in a couple hours. Price was incredibly fair!
While I was driving cross-country to start my third year at college, my car started acting funny in the middle of Texas. I luckily was able to drive it far enough to get to Elite Automotive. I found out that my car was actually in pretty horrible condition--that I'd need to replace the engine or keep driving it knowing that it could die on me at any time. I decided to junk it since the car wasn't worth the money to repair it, and sold it to Elite. The owners then went completely out of their way to help me figure out how to get to college in time, driving me around for at least four hours trying to figure out an alternative. I am now writing this while sitting in my dorm, and I am so thankful to Nathan and Hannah, who manage Elite. Wonderful people. I highly recommend this auto shop; they know what they're doing, and they're a good family who deserve your business. Thank you! If I ever visit the area again, I will definitely use their services again.
Great service at a fair price
Great place, they treated me right. They work on my rig all day trying to get me back on the road. I was pulling a trailer be hind my SUV when it started to miss real bad. They got me back on the road to see my new grand daughter. If you need good work done at a great price this is the place.
Great service shop! My car needed lots of TLC & Nathan only had it for 2 days and the price was very very reasonable! I will continue to use them in the future!
